"Feelings you cannot describe. Love that has come true.
Certainty, to hold the most valuable on earth in your arms."
"Jess made me feel confident and beautiful while taking our pictures. She had so much patience during our newborn session and made sure our baby was comfortable. Highly recommend her!!"
"Once I received my gallery back I was in love. It was exactly what I hoped for but more than I imagined at the same time."
"The pictures came jaw-droppingly beautifully, and we look back at both times with so much gratitude. We're so happy with our photos, and we are so happy to have chosen Jess to part of both very intimate moments in our lives. Trust me, you want Jess when you're uncomfortably pregnant and later when you're in newborn chaos!"
I will spend about one to 1.5 hours at your home, and I document the home environment, the feeding, the cuddling, the changing, the crying, and everything else that matters to you.
How long do your newborn photo sessions last?
During your last trimester is a good time to book your newborn session. These sessions are usually done at around 2 to 4 weeks after birth, but because of my style of photography, it can be done up to 3 months old.
When should I book a newborn session?
My lifestyle newborn sessions are done in the comfort of your home. Once there, I will look for the areas with the most amount of natural light. Keep your wardrobe neutral and comfortable, and baby in a white onesie.
What do I need for my newborn session?
Yes. My style of newborn photography is very intimate and focuses on the connection between parent/siblings and baby. All immediate family members welcomed!

I want you to feel free to choose the wardrobe that suits you, but just keep in mind that light neutral colors will photograph beautifully and will allow your baby bump to show off.
What should I wear for my maternity photoshoot?
All of my maternity sessions are done in trails and fields with a lake and/or mountains background. I have specific locations that suit my style of photography with regards to lighting, crowds, and permits.
What kind of background do you use during your maternity photo sessions?
The best time for a maternity session is between 28-35 weeks, unless you're carrying multiples. In that case, it is between 25-29 weeks.
When is the best time for a maternity photo session?
I do light skin retouching and smoothening, keeping the natural glow. There's no body morphosis in Photoshop.
Do you do any skin retouching in my maternity photos?
These sessions are very laid-back and fun and usually start at about one hour before the sun begins to set. Once booked, I will help with wardrobe, colors, and location. And no need to worry on session day, as I'll be guiding you from beginning to end.
